Ziash-Juden, Wolbuks Urban Gourmet specialises in the presentation of Afro-Saxon Gourmet delicacies and dining experience, for both corporate and private functions and events. From preparation to delivery, our approach is simple. Using high-quality seasonal ingredients we re-invent traditional West African dishes with a stylish and modern Western/Caribbean twist to accommodate the palate of diverse clients. We guarantee the freshness, delivery and elegant presentation of our culinary delights which include;

 

 

• Canapés - Perfectly suited to welcoming guests and entourages.

• Finger Foods and Platters - A more substantial alternative to canapés served hot or cold at sat relaxed settings prior to main meals.

• Set Meals - This offers your guests the chance to make their selections from a number of dishes that are brought around by our waiting team or plated at a setup buffet.

 

 

Our Service Packages

• Plated food - This service offers your guests a choice from a set selection from an agreed variety of dishes, served by our uniformed waiting team direct to your sitting or gathering.

• Buffets - A cost-effective solution for larger informal events, with guests open to a greater choice of food varieties.

• On-Site Prep Service – A choice of either the Plated or Buffet package, with prep carried out at the venue. (Clients are responsible for securing venues with food preparation facilities).

• Off-Site Prep and On-Site Service – A choice of either the Plated or Buffet package, with prep carried out off the venue.

• Off-Site Prep and Delivery only Service - Preparation carried out away from the venue and then delivered to the venue for later after event collection without any on-site waiting or serving services.

 

 

Our service can include a full-service uniformed waiting staff, and non-alcoholic welcoming cocktails for an additional cost. We are happy to offer all our clients no corkage on drinks. We will happily advise you of where to buy your drinks and what quantities you would require. Simply have the drinks delivered to your venue, and we will chill and serve them, and return all leftovers to you. There would only be a charge for Ice and serving bar staff if required. Our no corkage policy is not applicable to all venues; some venues may charge you directly for corkage.
